Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return items under the conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 and EU consumer law.

2. How to request a return

Email clickpartners@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing.

Important: please don't send items without contacting us first, as the return address may not be the same as the one the order was shipped from.

3. Condition of items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and, where possible, with their tags and original packaging.
You can try the item on as you would in a physical shop. If the item shows wear beyond that, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss in value.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

5. Refunds

We refund the cost of the items and the original shipping costs (up to the standard shipping rate) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may wait until we receive the items or proof that they've been sent, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, at no cost to you.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. In these cases, an exchange or refund is free of charge. Your legal warranty rights remain under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021.
